What is Adkonekt?
Adkonekt is the worlds first “Click to Call” online display advertising network; the first of its kind pure performance based adnetwork. An advertiser pays only for the calls that get generated through a particular campaign.
How does it work?
Once you have signed up you can schedule your campaign and upload a traditional creative which automatically gets converted into an Adkonekt enabled ad (an ad embedded with Adkonekt's “Click to call” technology.) Based on the budgets that you set, you will be notified of the amount of “talk time” you have banked in our system. “Talk time” is defined as the amount of time you can talk to a potential customer, a customer who has seen your display campaign, clicked on your ad and is interested in knowing more about your product or service.
What types of campaigns can I run with Adkonekt?
Adkonekt offers a unique “Cost Per Talk” (CPT) campaigns to all advertisers. In this model advertiser’s are charged only for the calls (minutes) that are booked for a particular campaign. Per minute call charges vary from country to country.
What happens to the remaining “talk time” that I have booked, assuming it is not been consumed in the scheduled campaign period?
Your remaining unconsumed talk time is converted into call credits which can be utilised in future campaigns. We recommend that you select a minimum duration of 15 days for optimal performance of your campaign(s).
Where will the campaign run?
The campaign will run across our partner publisher networks, all of whom have gone through an intensive qualification process.
Can I run an International campaign?
Yes you can. You can select the country where you wish to run your campaign. However you will be required to input a local number for that respective location to receive calls. We currently do not permit cross-country calls e.g. India to US, however US to US, or India to India are permitted.
We currently can run campaigns in India, UK and the US. Stay tuned for additional countries.
Do you allow third party tracking?
We currently do not allow third party tracking. All campaigns are tracked by our system.
Will we have access to campaign reports?
Yes. You are able to view your campaign performance at all times through your “My Campaign” page.
When do I pay for my campaign?
You pay for your campaign at the time of booking.
How long does it take for my campaign to go live?
In most instances your campaign will go live in less than 24 hours. On occasion there might be a delay (e.g. if your creatives do not meet specifications/guidelines, etc.) Regardless, you will be informed of any delays.
What Ad sizes are accepted?
300x250, 728x90 and 125x125.
How will I know if my campaign has been received?
You will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours of campaign launch. Please ensure you have provided a valid email address during the sign up process since this is the only address where communications will be sent.
What forms of payments does Adkonekt accept?
